We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the hot springs. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation.

We loved our spacious room with a beautiful view. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, especially Nishi-san, who made us feel very welcome. The transportation options were convenient, with shuttles right at our doorstep. The breakfast was decent, and we enjoyed dinner at the hotel too.
