The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to prepay for our aquarium tickets, saving us time and hassle the next day. The restaurant served excellent food, with a variety of options for those with food allergies like myself. The room had a beautiful view and the hotel overall was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect for our needs, being near the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the lively Alverado Street with its shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, from the bellmen to the valet drivers, were true professionals and went above and beyond to make my stay better. They were friendly and always asked if there was anything they could do to help. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the Fisherman's Wharf and a variety of restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free washer/dryer on our floor. it was a great experience.
