Cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location with numerous nice restaurants in the area for the rally we attend, to the New York State Capitol and the Empire State Plaza, and to the New York State Capital.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was impeccable. The staff, including Gabby and the young gentleman, were professional, friendly, and efficient. We were warmly welcomed and smoothly checked in by Gabby, even when we arrived an hour early. The location of the hotel was perfect; it was very close to restaurants on Lark Street and the Empire Plaza. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and the hotel staff made sure that the kitchen was well stocked with bread, milk, and hot water 24/7. The comfortable bed and spacious restroom added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
