I had a great experience at the hotel because the staff was courteous and made me feel welcomed. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the wood laminate flooring, which felt much cleaner than carpet.

The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and were incredibly courteous, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and featured wood laminate flooring that I prefer over carpets, ensuring a comfortable experience overall.
