We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel’s exceptional cleanliness and the stunning facilities, especially the outdoor pool, which remains warm even in freezing temperatures. the staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent service and even offering complimentary champagne during the hot air balloon show at dawn. We loved starting our day with a superb breakfast on the terrace, where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the sky filled with colorful balloons.
