We loved the hotel's cleanliness and prime location, as it was very close to major attractions and the Rossio metro station, making transportation a breeze. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the spacious room had comfortable amenities, including a king-size bed that ensured a restful stay.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. We absolutely loved the central location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance to major attractions and right next to a tram stop. The room was immaculate with daily cleaning, and we appreciated the Nespresso machine that added a nice touch. The friendly staff really went above and beyond; they surprised us with brownies and wine for my birthday, making our stay even more special. the big, airy bedroom featured a comfortable bed and a stunning walk-in rainfall shower that we enjoyed thoroughly.
