We were blown away by the breathtaking views of the caldera from our room, and the location was absolutely ideal for exploring the charming shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast delivered to our balcony was a delightful way to start each day, complemented by the attentive and friendly staff who catered to our every need.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always available to assist with anything I needed. The daily breakfast was freshly cooked and consistently delicious, while the service provided by the staff, especially Costa and Elizabeth, was truly outstanding; they went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. the location being close to shops and restaurants made everything easily accessible while still offering a peaceful atmosphere.
