I had an amazing stay at this hotel, where the breathtaking views of the lake and volcano took my breath away. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially at the on-site restaurant, which served tasty breakfasts that fueled our adventures. I also appreciated the cleanliness of our spacious accommodations, and the convenient location meant we could easily explore nearby hot springs and hiking trails.

We loved the stunning views from our room and the delicious breakfast options, especially the traditional Costa Rican dish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Fabian and Lourdes, who took great care of us. The hotel was clean, and having parking near our accommodation was a plus.
