We arrived at the hotel with high expectations and were greeted by friendly service workers who helped with our luggage. The view and balcony were fine, and the hotel provided a shuttle service into town. The outside lunch was lovely, and the evening bar area was very romantic. The rooms were nicely redone, and the staff, including the manager, John, were attentive and apologetic. The location was also convenient to Newport attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the island. The water views, fire pits, and random seating areas were perfect for relaxing. The restaurant offered delicious meals with small portions but at high prices. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to downtown and had a beautiful waterfront view. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the outside eating area was absolutely stunning. I particularly enjoyed dining at Scarpetta, where the food was delicious.
