We enjoyed the prime location, just a short walk to the Prado and Reina Sofia. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ana Fer. The hotel facilities were quite nice, including a lovely breakfast option and a restaurant for dinner after long days of exploring.
