I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, including allowing me to have a late check-out. The lobby was beautiful and the gym was nice. The Zen suite that I booked was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant and pool/spa provided a relaxing experience, and the spacious bath tub maintained the heat of the water perfectly. The heated floors were also a convenient feature. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from my room was wonderful, despite the construction happening across the street. The hotel itself was sparkling clean and had a pleasant aroma. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future stay-cations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From check-in to checkout, the service was impeccable. The staff, especially Juan and Craig, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They were professional and thorough in their service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with attention to detail in every aspect. The bed and linens were so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The bathroom was spacious, with a soaking tub and walk-in rain shower. The views from my corner suite were breathtaking, especially when the sun filled the room. I will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the West Loop, with everything in this area easily accessible. The hotel itself had beautiful and sophisticated interior design, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The staff, especially Juan at the front desk, were exceptional in providing top-notch service and making our stay delightful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bathroom in our room was absolutely gorgeous, with a large wooden bathtub that easily fit my 6'5" partner. It took only 15 minutes to fill, and the double sinks, Dyson hairdryers, and T3 hair straightener were a nice touch. The hotel had a beautiful pool and a steam room, which unfortunately took a bit too long to heat up. The robes provided were incredibly comfortable, and I loved them so much that I hope my partner buys one for Christmas. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, and they even offered to help me retrieve an item I had left in an Uber.
