We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, which made it incredibly easy to explore everything nearby. The pool facilities were immaculate, providing a great place to relax after a day of adventures. We were particularly impressed by Laura and Bree, whose friendly service and willingness to help truly went above and beyond our expectations. The clean kitchen was an added bonus, making it convenient for us to prepare our meals.

We loved the fantastic location near the lagoon. It's close to everything you want to explore in the city. The staff were friendly, and the communal spaces made it easy to meet new people. The bar/restaurant onsite added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the lagoon and bars. All the tours, including the incredible Whitsundays trip, pick up right outside. The staff were friendly, and the place was spotless every day. I loved the cozy cabin style where I stayed, and it had great amenities like hammocks and pools for relaxing after a long day.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly providing us with a new fridge when we reported an issue. The shared spaces were always clean, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen; it made meal prep so easy. Plus, having a pool area to relax in was a great bonus!
