I loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently near the Plaza de Armas and surrounded by excellent restaurants, including a delightful French spot just down the block. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I found my room to be spacious and well-furnished, providing a very comfortable stay.
