I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, especially with the cleanliness and friendly staff who were always eager to help. The location is ideal, just a pleasant walk to the chairlift and close to various restaurants. I loved the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was a delightful start to my day, and the on-site onsen provided a perfect relaxation spot after skiing.
