I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was breathtaking on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless and offered a great level of comfort, while the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Plus, it was perfect for those hiking the West Highland Way.

Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property, and I thoroughly enjoyed the extensive whisky menu featuring a lot of local single malts, which truly added to the charm of the place.

The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the scenery, and I found the breakfast offered to be excellent value.

The location was picturesque, located next to a charming harbor and providing easy access to scenic paths. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even staying late to offer us pizzas after our long journey, which spoke volumes about their commitment to customer service.
