We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near fantastic shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Kevin, who went out of his way to check on us and ensure we had everything we needed. Our suite was immaculate, featuring spacious accommodations perfect for our family, and the pet-friendly policy was a huge plus; having our furry friend with us made the trip even more enjoyable.

The cleanliness of our suite was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. the complimentary evening receptions provided a fantastic opportunity to relax, enjoy some drinks, and socialize with other guests.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops and restaurants; we even watched huge container ships glide past our window! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel at home, and we appreciated the added perk of free parking and a delightful evening wine and cheese reception.
