I had a fabulous stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the historic downtown Pedestrian Mall where you can find plenty of restaurants, shops, and movie theaters. I loved being able to walk out the door and explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. The bartender at the pool was friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, right at the end of the famous downtown pedestrian mall, where we found numerous restaurants, shops, and movie theaters. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The parking was convenient and free, with elevators directly from the parking garage to the hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and gracious, making us feel extremely welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on the downtown mall area, making it convenient to explore the pedestrian shops and restaurants in Charlottesville. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the hotel had ample parking, a rare find in this city. The free parking was especially convenient, and we appreciated the added security measure of needing a room key to use the elevators from the lobby to the rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lobby, clean rooms, and a nice pool and spa area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even bringing a microwave to our room upon request. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and staff were all excellent.
