We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcomed from check-in to the service in all the restaurants we tried. The atmosphere in the Speak Easy looked like a fun experience, although it was closed on Sunday. The Executive Chef, Paul Sant, came out to chat with us after dinner at Bob's Steak and Chop House, and he even shared a key for our B&B collection. The Neighborhood Services Bar/Restaurant had a great selection of bourbons and Gretchen took fantastic care of us. We enjoyed hanging out in the library for a night cap by the fire. The facility was great, with comfortable and clean rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, from the friendly check-in process to the outstanding service in the restaurant and bar areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything I came to see, including the Yum Center. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The restroom was spacious and comfortable with a lovely design. The garden tub was especially relaxing. The lobby and decor were spectacular, on par with high-end hotels like the Ritz or Four Seasons. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service from check-in to the restaurants and bars. The casual restaurant had tremendous food, like the London Broil with Voodoo Sauce, which was absolutely amazing. The marketplace was also unique, offering groceries, wine, and a deli. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the YUM Center and Cameron Mitchell restaurants in Columbus.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds and chairs in the rooms to the variety of special stores available. The location was perfect, with a great view and easy access to downtown attractions. The bar area downstairs was a great place to relax, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
