I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, particularly enjoying its unbeatable location just across from Nelson Mandela Square and major shopping centers. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The reliable Wi-Fi kept me connected, and the breakfast was satisfactory, although I believe there could be a bit more variety.
