We loved the hotel's location, as it was very close to Universal Parks and near absolutely everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with our rooms always looking spotless.

I appreciated the pool area, which was well-maintained and relaxing. The location is excellent, very close to Universal Studios, making it easy to get to the parks.

We loved the great location. It was an easy walk to the Universal parks and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and ample. The breakfast had a nice setup by the pool, which we enjoyed.
