The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help, especially during transport issues. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the ferry port. The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a stunning terrace. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the lovely happy hour drinks.
