I had an amazing experience at the hotel, thanks to the incredibly attentive staff, especially the manager, Yocairy Nunez, who was always responsive and made sure my family had a memorable stay. The beach was simply stunning, with plenty of clean sun beds available, making it perfect for a relaxing day by the water. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms; they smelled fresh and were well-maintained throughout our visit.

We especially enjoyed the Cayo Arena excursion, guided by attentive and friendly captains.

Yocairy, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful both before and during my stay, ensuring my family and friends had a wonderful experience. The catamaran excursion to Cayo Arena was a highlight, thanks to attentive staff like Jersen.
