The hotel had exceptional staff, allowing us to check in early and providing a warm and inviting atmosphere with its modern, chic decor. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautifully updated bathroom. The location was great, situated between Kimball and downtown, making it easy for us to access the main attractions of this city. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle that allowed us to explore the area without any hassle.

The customer service was excellent, as they were able to accommodate our change in stay and the concierge reached out to us throughout our visit. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the nearby ski resorts and the breakfast provided was delicious. The workout room was exceptional, with a wide range of equipment available. The ice skating rink on-site was a fun activity, and there were also robes provided in the room. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a stylish and modern design, with newly renovated rooms and a beautiful view of the mountains. The gym was fantastic, clean, and had new equipment. The pool and outdoor hot tub were great for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near uptown and downtown attractions, with easy access to the transit bus line.
