The location is lovely, sitting on a hillside with beautiful views and easy access to nearby shops. I especially enjoyed the breakfast options, which offered a nice variety and good service.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially Barman Manuel and front desk lady Virginia, made us feel so welcome. The food and drinks were great, and we enjoyed using the Chill Bar. The location is perfect for exploring nearby spots, like Santa Cruz and the Eco-Anthropological Park for a small fee.

The facilities were clean and welcoming, and transportation options like Pedro's shuttles and the nearby taxi services made getting around effortless. The beach area was beautiful, and I enjoyed delicious food at the a la carte restaurants, thanks to hosts like Armando and Raoul.
