I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to its immaculate cleanliness and fantastic staff who were always polite and helpful. The extensive food variety at the restaurants, along with delightful desserts, truly elevated my stay. I particularly loved the spacious gym and the vibrant aqua park, which provided endless fun for my kids, plus the added bonus of easy transportation via water taxi to explore nearby attractions.

We loved the hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Mohamed and Mr Ramy. The cleanliness of our rooms was impressive, and the aqua park was amazing for our kids. We enjoyed the transportation options too, particularly the water taxi to the beach, which was a fun experience.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially with the staff, who were incredibly helpful—Islam and Mr Ahmed Khalaf truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of our rooms was commendable, and we enjoyed the variety offered during breakfast, which set a great tone for the day. the hotel facilities were excellent, providing fun options for the whole family.
