We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was in walking distance to great restaurants, the Theatre, and the scenic Ottonabee River. The cleanliness of our spacious room, complete with a cozy fireplace and mini-fridge, made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, which was a nice touch to start our day.

the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, which really added to my relaxation. The location was ideal, as it was close to the Showplace Performance Centre and various downtown attractions, making it easy to explore. Plus, I appreciated the continental breakfast, which started early.
