Not only was the location perfect for an early morning trip to the Poas Volcano reserve, but we also admired the magnificent views of the volcano's crater down to the valley. The breakfast is worth mentioning, as it fueled us for our adventures while offering a delightful start to the day.

The comfy great room with a crackling fire was perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated the fantastic tips from the hosts, Matt and Lea. The food was fabulous, and the breakfast spread was a delightful start to our days.
