The hotel's central location in the heart of Old Port ensures easy access to all that this charming city has to offer. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Portland. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling port area and close to everything downtown. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with recently remodeled rooms that were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make me feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The bed and bedding were lovely, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy little restaurant just across the street where we could enjoy dinner and drinks. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops, allowing us to easily explore this city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and croissants delivered to our room in the morning, a nice touch to start the day.
