I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed. They were friendly and attentive, taking the time to acknowledge my toddlers and ensure they felt included. The room itself was amazing, with a bunk bed and an extra pull-out bed for the kids, as well as a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was easily accessible, even with a stroller. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the special reception for families to the welcome drinks and cookies. The different restaurants in the hotel offered a variety of world cuisines, and the best part was that there was no additional cost. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff, especially the Dominican guy who checked us in and the breakfast ladies, made our stay even more enjoyable. The pools and beaches were fantastic, and we had a great time at the pub karaoke.
