The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to help, making the experience even better. the location on a hill is ideal, providing easy access to vibrant nightlife and the serene Albert Park, creating a perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

I loved the hotel’s fantastic facilities, especially the spacious pool and gym, which were well-maintained and really inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to help with any questions I had. The location was perfect for exploring, being close to Queen Street and various parks, and I enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast every morning.

We loved the hotel’s cleanliness, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ariana from the Executive Lounge who always made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide selection to start our day off right. We also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxation after exploring the city.
