We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the amazing staff who were always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic, just steps from the skytrain and very close to shopping malls, making it convenient for exploring the city. The lovely swimming pool provided a perfect escape, and the gym met our needs, although we wished for additional equipment.
