I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for the event I attended - it was close to fast food restaurants and there were lots of great places to eat in historic Biltmore Village. Plus, it was only 2 miles from Asheville and 7 miles from the beautiful Black Mountains quaint town. I also loved how close it was to the amenities of downtown. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the free breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and up to date, and the housekeeping staff always made sure we had plenty of clean towels. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of hot and tasty options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient, being close to the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, and various restaurants. Additionally, free WiFi and the hotel's pet-friendly policy with treats in the lobby were definite bonuses.

I stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, although it could have been a bit bigger for two people. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool area and a clean and up-to-date bathroom in the room. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. Plus, it was conveniently close to I-40 and other major attractions in the area. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from including sausage biscuits and yogurt. I had a fantastic stay here.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location. The hotel was spotless, and I appreciated the well-maintained facilities. Parking was easy and convenient. The location was perfect for quick access to mountain and town destinations, as it was right off the highway and less than 10 minutes from the South Slope. The staff was friendly and helpful.
