From the comfortable bed and helpful maintenance staff to the pleasant front desk staff, our experience was top-notch. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient access door close to our room. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to West Chester University, offered easy access to shopping and major highways, and was just a short distance from area attractions.

The breakfast, which I enjoyed twice, was very good. The lady working the breakfast area was excellent, providing great service. I also had a restful break from the hustle of life as the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The size of the room was perfect, providing enough space for me to relax and unwind. the room had a desk, which was perfect for me to write when needed. The presence of a mini fridge and microwave was a convenient feature. the shower had great water pressure, making it a refreshing experience.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the lobby smelled fresh and clean when I entered. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spacious lobby that had a coffee bar and a business center. Although the outdoor pool was not open during my stay, it looked like a great place to relax in the summer. The room, which I was able to upgrade to a suite, was spacious and comfortable. The HVAC worked well, and the bed, although firm, was of good quality. The bathroom was small but well-lit, and the linens and pillows were comfortable. One thing I really liked was that the hotel maintained a smoke-free environment. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the low nightly rate and the fact that the hotel had been renovated. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, including vegetarian choices. The location was convenient, being close to the activities I had for the weekend and the hotel had ample parking.
