I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even found a great excursion to the Salt Lake and Copper Mine for me, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant staff were also attentive and made my dining experience enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially my room, was outstanding. Everything smelled fresh and clean, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city center and with convenient transportation options. Despite the occasional passing of trains and ambulances in the Free Fare Zone, it didn't disrupt my peaceful stay.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The availability of parking for any vehicle and its proximity to the Vivant center, Temple Square, and shopping areas made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was helpful and provided reliable transportation options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Hugo at the front door. He gave us great suggestions and even arranged for a reliable taxi driver for our entire visit. When my husband left his cell phone in the lobby, the hotel went above and beyond to retrieve it and rush it back to us at the airport. The maintenance team was also quick to respond when there was an issue with the AC in our room. They replaced the entire unit promptly and with a smile.

The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the facilities were top-notch. The parking was easy to access, and we felt secure leaving our car in the garage. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation options like city bikes and scooters, which made exploring this city a fun experience.
