The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing. Stacey provided outstanding customer service and made me feel like I was part of the family. The hotel facilities were clean and the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. The air conditioner in the room was fantastic and actually kept me comfortably cool. The complimentary shuttle service was also a great perk, with an interesting and entertaining driver.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was tucked away on a quiet street, yet still easily accessible and not too far from downtown. The lobby had a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, and I appreciated how the elevators were well-placed for all guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, and the new beds were incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price, and the fact that we couldn't hear our neighbors through the walls was a big bonus. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the blackout curtains in our room. The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was very close to downtown but not in the busy area, making it a quieter and more relaxing stay.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They had worked there for a long time, which speaks volumes about the hotel. I appreciated their excellent service, especially Jamie at the front desk who helped us with a room change and recommended great nearby restaurants. Robbie also went out of their way to assist me with getting ice when the ice maker on our floor wasn't working. The hotel also provided great value by allowing us to leave our pet in the room and offering multiple areas for his relief. The location was convenient, close to the Livestock Event Center and within walking distance to Denny's for breakfast and El Dorado's grand buffet for dinner.
