The staff was accommodating to the issues we had. The room was clean and had a simple layout with a large, comfortable bed. The hotel had a beautiful lagoon in the center with ducks, grey herons, and turtles. The swimming pool had the best temperature and was very relaxing. The location was perfect for visiting Santa Barbara attractions like the Mission or botanical garden, and it was conveniently close to the freeway.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right off the freeway.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The room was comfortable and clean, with nice amenities like a microwave and fridge.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying and served until 10 am on weekdays.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great facilities including a nice pool and jacuzzi. Convenient location, short drive to downtown and UCSB. Delicious breakfast with a variety of choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable pillow-top mattresses and multiple USB outlets. The ambiance and lighting were also very nice. The hotel had a big solar-heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a lovely duck pond. The staff, both at reception and during breakfast, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to food and drink outlets, and offered leaflets and discounts. It was a great place to stay for New Year's Eve, with easy access to the airport and downtown.

The hotel had a beautiful courtyard with a pond filled with geese, turtles, and storks.
The pool and jacuzzi were nice and well-maintained.

We appreciated the availability of coffee at the reception at all times.

The shower head in the bathroom was excellent.
