The communal kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to prepare meals together, while the games room and cozy lounge provided perfect spots to unwind. We appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, including a fantastic curry spot. The friendly staff were always available to assist, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

I was truly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail at the hotel, particularly in the Mt. Fernie Suite, which was far superior to my expectations. The mudroom area was a thoughtful addition for outdoor enthusiasts, with ample hooks for wet gear. The staff, especially Jon and Florence, were exceptional;
