I was truly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and fantastic location, which is just a short walk to shopping areas and various restaurants. The staff, especially Nigel, Melva, and Jonathan, consistently went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. the transportation options nearby, including tram and bus services, made it incredibly easy to explore everything this city has to offer. The hotel has a charming atmosphere that perfectly balances comfort and accessibility.

The area is bustling with great restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance, making it very convenient. I also appreciated the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities; my room was comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the fantastic big bathtub filled with hot water after a long day of exploring.
