The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with a very clean room and elegant design. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering an upgrade for no reason. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and venues. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel provided a variety of pillow options.

Clean and well-decorated room with a superb shower. Convenient location for walking to the capital buildings and exploring a cool brownstone-filled neighborhood. Complimentary room upgrades with fabulous, spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff who provided recommendations and marked them on a map for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with my room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large TV in the room and a modern-styled bathroom. The location was perfect, just across the street from the Capitol and within close walking distance to the Downtown Albany area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues and even allowing me to store my luggage after check-out.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit to Albany and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff. The hotel had a modern and elegant look, which I loved. The room itself was spacious and had a cool, contemporary vibe that I had never experienced before. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the high-definition TV screen was a nice touch. The bathroom was also spacious and modern, with a fantastic shower. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities offered were top-notch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was right next to the State Capitol building and very close to the Times Union Center, where I had tickets to a concert. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely come back again.
