I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in this city. The staff were very accommodating and understanding when I had to cut my trip short. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and downtown Reno. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the fact that they didn't charge a resort fee like other hotels in the area.

We had the best stay at a hotel in this city! The staff was consistently kind, helpful, and smiling, from check-in to check-out. They promptly accommodated our request for a room change to accommodate a rollaway bed, which was amazingly comfortable. The hotel's location conveniently close to downtown Reno made it easy for us to explore the city. Best of all, this hotel does not charge a resort fee, making it a more affordable option compared to others. We can't wait to return in the near future for another comfortable stay!

The front end staff, including security, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They quickly replaced my lost key cards and granted my request for a late check-out. The rollaway bed in my room was surprisingly comfortable with a full thickness twin mattress. The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks away from popular attractions like the Eldorado, Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus combo.
