Variety of extremely spacious and recently refurbished rooms available with the A/C, a shower and a microwave.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and eager to help with any needs we had. The location was great, close to the shops at Settlers Green and easy access to Holiday Bingo. The room size was spacious and the parking was convenient. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor patio BBQ area and fire pit, were a nice touch. The breakfast provided by the hotel was wonderful, especially the S'mores fixings and the mix-it-yourself option with Kristen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a dining area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the shops at Settlers Green and the Mote Mountain Smokehouse & Brewing Company. It was also conducive to a family with small children, not just two senior citizens like myself. Special mention goes to the Sales Manager, Jennifer Reed, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special by surprising us with a pair of moose. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

I loved the size of my room and the convenient location at the end of the hall near the side entrance. It made it easy for me to come and go with my toddler. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful, especially a blonde lady with an accent named S who worked breakfast. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and was very friendly with my 2-year-old. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were like little apartments with everything I needed, including a mini kitchen. The bathroom was spotless and had a separate sink area. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from the outlets and less than 2 miles from the center of the city. It was great for my mid-November ski trip at Wildcat Mountain.
