The location is fantastic, with two rail systems just a block away. There are also many great restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and clean, which is hard to find in this city. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the spa and onsen.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable, much better than I expected. The location is fantastic, right by Saiin and Randen Stations. It made getting around easy. Plus, there's a 24/7 convenience store downstairs and great hotel facilities like a gym and spa.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation. Buses and trains are just around the corner, making sightseeing very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the various facilities, including a lovely hot spring bath. Plus, having a 24/7 convenience store downstairs was a great bonus.
