We loved the stunning location high in the mountains, as it offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from almost every part of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, including the spa and dining options, were absolutely fantastic.
