We had an amazing experience at the hotel, where the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location provided breathtaking views of the forest, allowing us to feel truly immersed in nature. The clean and comfortable accommodations featured beautiful decor, while the thermal river and various pools offered a perfect place to relax.

Transport was effortless, too, as a friendly staff member named Johnathon helped carry our bags and guided us from the parking lot to reception, making me feel welcomed right away.
