We loved the central location of this hotel, right next to the city center. It made it incredibly convenient to explore all the shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with warm drinks like cocoa, cider, and coffee available, comfy leather couches, and a fire to relax by. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and even accommodating an early check-in. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with spacious and comfortable accommodations.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely accommodating, understanding my situation when I arrived with one extra person and allowing us to check in early without any complications. The location was perfect, right in downtown Big Bear Lake, at the start of the main Bear Lake Village area and just across the street from the lake. We were able to walk to pretty much anything we wanted to go to in this city. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The front desk guy provided exceptional customer service, allowing us to check in early and even granting us a late check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with nice and clean sheets and towels that were incredibly soft. The hotel facilities were great, providing a refrigerator for our drinks. The location was perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the downtown area, where we could walk to shops, restaurants, and the village. It was also conveniently located near the hiking trails and the marina, making transportation easy. The staff, especially Peter at the front desk, went above and beyond to take care of us and provided excellent recommendations for dining options.
