Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location. The room was clean and the hotel had impressive facilities. The parking was limited, but the hotel's location was close to downtown Berkeley and public transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of both the University and downtown area. We loved spending time in the beautiful back garden, surrounded by flowers and fountains. The seating options, including the gazebo and patio tables, provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family suite was clean and spacious, perfect for accommodating an extra person. The hotel is centrally located, close to some great restaurants and the Berkeley Campus. The highlight for me was the gorgeous back garden, complete with a gazebo and surrounded by flowers, fountains, and patio tables. It was a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff was kind and accommodating, especially the woman at the front desk who helped me with my reservation and upgrade.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property consists of two old homes and newer lodging in the back, giving it a unique and charming atmosphere. The 130-year-old home I stayed in was beautifully decorated with chandeliers, woodwork, and antique furnishings. The room was small but very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The common areas, with their antique furniture and cozy fireplace, provided plenty of space for relaxation. The outside area was well-designed for activities like eating and reading, and the Victorian-style landscaping with rose bushes was a lovely touch. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included and was satisfied with the full breakfast provided. The hotel is conveniently located in the Bay area, close to the UC Berkeley campus and the Greek Theater.
