The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always eager to assist with any requests. the location was fantastic, with convenient access to various attractions, shops, and a great communal kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, enjoying its cleanliness and convenient location near major tourist attractions. The facilities were impressive, especially the thermal pools and our room, which included a mini kitchen. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the ample spaces to relax, from BBQ spots to games rooms, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring.

The amenities were fantastic, with hot pools that provided a nice way to relax after a day of exploring. Located near all nearby attractions and just a short distance to the Redwoods MTB park, we found it incredibly convenient for our biking adventures. The kitchen facilities in our cabin were well-equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable.
