The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpful staff, the delicious breakfast, and the convenient location close to Victoria Falls. We were impressed with how well-maintained the hotel was, everything was spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly greetings in the morning to the helpful assistance with any requests. The breakfast menu was varied and catered to vegetarians. As for the location, it was just a short walk away from the magnificent Victoria Falls, allowing us to easily visit and explore this natural wonder.

The hotel's location on the banks of the Zambezi River offers stunning views and the opportunity to see wild zebras, giraffes, impalas, and monkeys. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated close to the majestic Victoria Falls, allowing for easy access to the rising mists. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities is outstanding, and the complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the banks of the Zambezi River, just a few meters from the Falls. The views from the grounds were breathtaking, and we could even see the "smoke" off the Falls across the river. The location was perfect, as we were only a mile away from the falls on the Zambian side. The hotel grounds were well-kept, and we enjoyed watching zebras, giraffes, and other animals roaming freely. The staff, including Ruth, Mavis, Nancy, Benjamin, Mable. Free access to the falls and the complimentary transfers to the Zambezi Sun were a great touch. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
