The staff were exceptionally polite, and my room was always spotless and well-maintained. I also appreciated the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options to kickstart my day.

The location was unbeatable, as it was just a two-minute walk to the Tube station, making transportation a breeze. there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, allowing for easy access to everything I needed. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, which contributed to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and the helpful staff, as they went out of their way to assist when needed. The location is fantastic, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the tube station at Russell Square, which made exploring the city super convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I especially enjoyed the English options.
