The hotel had a beautiful 1930's ambiance with cozy and private sitting areas, fountains, and gardens. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly without being sycophantic. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic bed, thick windows/doors to keep out noise, and effective blackout curtains. We loved the big bathroom and soaking tub, as well as the complimentary excellent smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. The pool area was relaxed and free from noisy family scenes. The hotel also provided convenient transportation services to nearby locations.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a lovely bar with dark wood decor that was inviting and cozy. The reception desk employees offered us a warm welcome with champagne and hot apple cider upon check-in. The location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing us easy access to explore this city.
